The online 360° Personal Performance Assessment (PPA) was created to help people and organizations improve their overall effectiveness. This dynamic product has been continuously updated for over twenty years in serving thousands of leaders in Fortune 500 companies and government agencies.

These assessments are ideal for companies seeking to identify high potential employees, groups needing to restructure and create a unified corporate culture, teams wanting to become more effective, and individuals desiring personal improvement.

This comprehensive assessment provides participants with critical information on how their leadership and professional behaviors are perceived by themselves, their peers, bosses, customers, and direct reports. Feedback surveys are completed online, by participants, their bosses, 3-15 direct reports, 3-12 peers, and 1-5 internal or external customers. Participants can also compare their leadership strengths and weaknesses to the overall strengths and weaknesses of other participants in their group. It takes 15-25 minutes to complete.

The PPA provides detailed graphs, analysis, and explanation of you and your organization's strengths and weaknesses. With complete analysis from 96 leadership and managerial behaviors, 21 Leadership Dimensions, 10 "Top Ten" Critical Behaviors for the ideal leader, dozens of Written Responses, and 21 Personalized Coaching Tips pages, we are confident that the online 360° PPA can substantially improve you and your organization's performance.

The 360° PPA is available in two report forms to facilitate your company needs and budget: the Four Part Package and the Six Part Package (includes personalized skill building Coaching Tips). This assessment can also be used as its own follow up method 6-12 months later to measure improvement and update the participant's action plan. In addition, we can customize a 360° PPA for participants in our Leading Change for Results Workshop and our Building Leadership Capability Workshop as a tool to help the workshop participant gauge their skills and competencies around the Leadership Effectiveness and Change Management models.
