The online 360° Personal Performance Assessment
(PPA) was created to help people and organizations improve
their overall effectiveness. This dynamic product has
been continuously updated for over twenty years in serving

| This comprehensive assessment provides participants
with critical information on how their leadership and professional
behaviors are perceived by themselves, their peers, bosses,
customers, and direct reports. Feedback surveys are completed
online, by participants, their bosses, 3-15 direct reports,
3-12 peers, and 1-5 internal or external customers. Participants
can also compare their leadership strengths and weaknesses
to the overall strengths and weaknesses of other participants
in their group. It takes 15-25 minutes to complete.
The PPA provides detailed graphs, analysis, and explanation
of you and your organization's strengths and weaknesses.

behaviors, 21 Leadership Dimensions, 10 "Top Ten"
Critical Behaviors for the ideal leader, dozens of Written
Responses, and 21 Personalized Coaching Tips pages, we

The 360° PPA is available in two report forms to

Package and the Six Part Package (includes personalized
