Benson L. Porter
Ben Porter has over 23 years of "real world" executive development experience, holding executive-level positions with Fortune 50 multinational companies. He led Lockheed Aerospace's total quality effort and was corporate Director of Organization Effectiveness for Amoco, where he worked closely with the chairman to design and implement the company's organization-wide renewal process. Later, as Vice President of Organization and Leadership Development for PepsiCo Foods International, Ben was responsible for implementing a variety of human resource management systems to build worldwide leadership for PepsiCo.

When Ben was Vice President of Organization and Leadership Development for AlliedSignal, he started up their new corporate Learning Center, created the company's flagship senior executive programs, oversaw executive recruiting, directed human resource planning, and managed leadership development. He has created scores of workshops on leadership, change management, and building people capability.

Since founding LeaderWorks, Inc., Ben has worked with world-class Fortune 500 corporations and currently runs Executive Development Programs for companies such as Honeywell, General Motors, and Eaton. He has coached hundreds of senior level executives, and has created and delivered numerous programs in the areas of leadership effectiveness, change management, and executive communication.

John Parker Stewart
John Parker Stewart has over twenty-five years of executive coaching, speaking, writing, and consulting experience. . He taught and worked on his doctorate in organizational behavior at Michigan State University. Additional doctoral work on executive performance was completed under Peter Drucker at the Claremont Graduate School of Business. John headed human resource development for 26,000 employees at Lockheed Missiles and Space Co. He later moved to corporate where he worked with Lockheed divisions worldwide and initiated, designed and taught the prestigious Lockheed Executive Institutes.

John has successfully coached and trained hundreds of Fortune 500 executives through tailored executive development programs. John specializes in teaming with CEOs and Presidents to build capability, enhance strategic thinking, and produce results throughout the entire organization. He has designed and facilitated senior development programs for organizations such as: Pacific Bell, Citibank, Raytheon, Toshiba, Lockheed Martin , U.S. Dept of Energy, BP Oil, and Hibernia Bank.

Some of John's many honors include receiving the American Society for Training and Development National Trainer of the Year (Trainer's Choice Award) for two consecutive years; creating two award winning training videos: "Team of Champions" and "Keys to Employee Commitment;" being the only consultant hired simultaneously at Johnson Space Center Houston by all major NASA contractors; training all supervisors, managers and executives at Kennedy Space Center over a twelve-year period; and being consistently ranked as the most effective speaker or trainer his clients have ever had.

Todd V. Cook
Todd Cook has 20 years of experience working with Fortune 100 organizations in the US, Canada, Mexico, England, France, and Egypt. He has worked with organizations to create environments, processes, and structures where both organization and individuals win. Todd has a practical approach in consulting organizations – built from personal experience partnering directly with Senior Executives, Managers, and line employees. He has significant experience in facilitating corporate strategy, values clarification, and goal alignment; designing and implementing human resource systems; developing effective organization communications; senior executive assessment, selection and development processes; high performance teams and executive coaching. He also participates as a faculty member at several top executive programs, including Columbia University, INSEAD, and Penn State.

Perry M. Christensen
Perry Christensen has 24 years of Human Resource experience and has operated globally in executive-level Human Resource positions.  He was Director, Human Resources for Scandinavia for Merck & Co., Inc., as well as Merck’s Director, Human Resources for nine of their businesses in Canada.  At Merck’s Corporate Headquarters, Perry was the head of Human Resource Strategy and Planning with global responsibility for Human Resource strategy and policies, succession planning, employee communications, diversity and work/life. He was behind many work/life and diversity initiatives that resulted in Merck being recognized by Working Mother magazine as one of the top employers for working mothers.  His work at Merck provided the foundation of his experience in one-on-one coaching with executives on work/life issues.

Perry worked for six years at WFD Consulting as an international human resource consultant and worked with numerous Fortune 100 companies such as IBM, Marriott, Glaxo SmithKline, and Bank of America in the U.S., Japan, Europe, Australia, and South Africa.  More recently, he has worked as the Human Resource head for the Corporate headquarters of Celanese.    

Perry’s research in collaboration with the Wharton Business School on effective work/life strategies, leadership competencies and change management processes resulted in two articles in the Harvard Business Review:  “Work and Life:  The End of the Zero-Sum Game” and a second article entitled “Changing a Culture of Face Time.”  Perry co-edited a book entitled “Integrating Work and Life:  The Wharton Resource Guide” (Jossey-Bass) and has written several other articles/book chapters on work/life strategy.   Perry has appeared on Fox News, several cable channels  and as a guest expert on CNN’s “Family Matters” as a guest expert on work/life balance.  He has a Masters Degree in Organizational Behavior.  As a Family 360 coach and consultant, he has coached senior executives at IBM, GM, and many other companies.

Mark Nyman
Mark Nyman has spent his career assisting organizations in transforming themselves by creating strategic focus, and then aligning the design of their organizations and systems to carry out this focus. He has done change work in start-ups, existing organizations, mergers/joint ventures and in numerous industries throughout the U.S. and in Europe. Mark uses high involvement as a way of building ownership and helps his clients think differently about the issues that challenge them. He has expertise in large-scale change, organization design, organization assessment, large group interventions, high performing teams, executive team building, and executive coaching. He is co-author of articles on the role of leaders in mergers and coaching as a developmental tool. In addition to external consulting, Mark has worked as an internal consultant for Rockwell International, Amoco, and MediaOne. He has a Masters Degree from Brigham Young University where he graduated with high distinction. He has also completed training from the Academy for Coach Training and is a certified professional coach.
